TECHNOLOGY

FDM

FDM works on an Additive principle of laying down melted material in layers to create objects. Material from the filament spool gets extruded towards the nozzle, heated up and then laid layer over layer to form the 3-Dimensional object.

SLA

Photo-polymerizing resin gets hardened when exposed to light. This process is called photo-sensitive resin Curing/Photo-polymerisation. Light is made to trace over the resin vat, layer by layer as per the 3D model and cures it to form the 3D physical object.

SLS

This Additive Manufacturing technique uses a laser as the power source to sinter powdered materials. Bonding between the material is achieved by aiming the laser at specific points on the powder bed based on the 3D model, thus, creating the object.

DMLS

Direct Metal Laser Sintering is an additive manufacturing process specifically using metals as the material like steel, aluminium, titanium etc. It made parts are common in medical, aerospace, dental and other industries where small complex parts are critical.

Post Processing

Sometimes, to enhance print quality, 3D Printed Parts might require Post Processing. These include options like Chemical Treatment, Support Clearance, Painting etc.

When required, post processing might be quoted seperately.
